Alicia is a very confident and patient instructor, she answered questions and helped correct body posture when it was being performed incorrectly. The end of class was fun for the little ones- a special yoga bowl that made sounds and some cool GI Joe yoga figurines to play with. Definitely recommend for some relaxing parent/child time!”
