In both cases their repair guy was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problems and we talked over what could be done and he was very able to help guide my decision. Once I elected to fix both, the repairs were competently completed that same day. My only objection to Appliance Hospital is how long it takes to get through when you phone in, but if you're willing to have a cup of coffee and wait it out, it's worth the wait.”
