I am not one to do reviews but in this case the company deserves it .
I had the best experience with X-treme's customer service staff especially with Gina. I needed a part for my e bike and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct part. Not only was she efficient at her job but was kind and caring . I have and i will continue to highly recommend X-treme Scooters in the future!

I needed to replace battery for my scooter. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought mt beach cruiser 2 years ago great bike. I had trouble with the battery but they sent me a new one no problem. I just bought my Girl friend a pink beach cruiser and she loves it. I think this one might have a battery problem as well. We need to run the battery down one more time and charge it again. Hers is running out off power while mine still has 2 bars left..

Due to the Covid crisis the ordering of bicycles of any type have been complicated by trade delays and increased demand. X-Treme Scooters does everything possible to make your purchase a satisfactory one. The two month wait for delivery was worth it. The bike came well packaged and with some use of the tools provided was able to assemble and ride within 48 hrs. The customer service was superlative in every way. They made sure I was satisfied and communicated clearly and promptly. I would highly recommend this company.
