I have worked at Luv-N-Care for a few months now and the way this center is run is a huge step up from what some other reviews describe. The new director, although young, is very capable and has turned this childcare center around. The previous director created a disorganized and unfit center that was difficult to transform into the nurturing and accommodating one it is today, thus staff turnover was high and, as with any transformational period, it took some time to sort out.
I absolutely love it here. We have a wonderful staff that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of our students, staff members are well trained and have previous experience working with kids, there are new cleaning requirements in place, and we have continued to make improvements in the center such as renovating classrooms and installing brand new playground structures.
I took this job because of how genuine and kind the staff is and have seen how hard everyone works to provide quality care through mutual respect and understanding.
