After several recent bad experiences with other car dealerships, I was beginning to wonder if the concept of customer service was gone forever. But then I visited Valley Buick GMC in Auburn. I went because they had the exact truck I was looking for. The excellent customer service was a huge bonus that came along with the purchase of the truck.

Everything they promised was delivered, and then some. I can't tell you what a relief it is to find a dealership that actually cares about customers.

Another great experience, per usual. Staff is always smiling, and when thy broke the news to me that my Buick was pretty much toasted they said it with a kindness that made everything seem OK so that was nice. Brought a used vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. My representative Toby was very thorough and helped walk me through the critical and non-critical issues with the truck, and gave me confidence in the vehicle's overall condition.
