  Took my Tundra in for the routine 150k service and as with anything some other things were discovered. The Service rep was very friendly and helpful as he explained what was going on and the options we had. Even when there was a delay in getting parts they let me know immediately and the Service Mgr was freaking awesome in helping me get into a loaner vehicle that would allow me to continue working without missing a beat. Overall the experience was great because of these 2 guys; as I have come to expect at Doxon Toyota having bought my truck here and their consistent friendly - family based service. Would definitely recommend to others ( as I have ). As well as looking forward to buying my next one from them.

  Excellent customer service. Kept me informed throughout the service process. At some point over the last 14 years I have had all of the noted services done to my truck at Doxon Toyota and the service was always top notch. Honest and hard-working people. They care about their customers. I highly recommend Doxon Toyota for or automotive service.

  Took my mother's 2004 4Runner here to have it serviced replacing the brake accumulator assembly. I was hesitant for a long time taking it to any Toyota dealership, but through my great initial interactions with the parts department at Doxon and overall friendliness of the team, I decided to choose Doxon Toyota in Auburn. It was truly a great experience at their service department from Rob, the service advisor and service manager, Joe taking care of me. The technician did excellent work and was detailed in the job. Truly great experience above any other Toyota dealership I have been to in the Puget Sound. I will definitely come back again to service my four Toyota vehicles here; and will most likely purchase a new vehicle from Doxon when the time comes. I only wish knew about this dealership sooner. Thanks again for all your help!

  From the day we purchased our Toyota Tacoma in 2017, until today, Doxon Toyota in Auburn has treated us with respect and dignity and perform their work with professionalism. They offer a wonderful customer service experience and my family and I have NEVER had a single issue with this marvelous dealership. This kind of dealership, in our opinion, is rare. If we have a question, or need anything, they are always there in support of what we need or will try their best to accommodate it. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to utilize Doxon Toyota for your next purchase. We will continue to go to them for all of our servicing needs, etc. Thank you Doxon for a great service experience and customer relationship!

  I had a simple scheduled maintenance done this week. It was easy to schedule and the work was done well and in a timely manner. My car was keyed 2 days before my appointment and I asked Eddie, the gentleman working with me for suggestions, he referred me to a body shop and told me what to ask for. I went straight there and it was repaired while I waited. Thank you Eddie for going above and beyond. I use Doxon Toyota for all my service needs and have never been disappointed in the service or the quality of the work.
