    Excellent service! Went to Franklin Township Post Office to correct a fraudulent change of address (COA) and the supervisor took care of the problem within 15 minutes. Well done and much appreciated!

    If you get a COA validation notice from the USPS, and you know the COA is not legit, follow the instructions on the notice to dispute it online. When you are done typing, visit your local post office and have them cancel the COA request right away. I wasted a lot of time calling the USPS customer service to follow-up -- they try to be helpful, but cannot fix the problem.

    Just visit your local post office and they will take care of it.

    Somerset NJ post office on has the best Postmaster!!!!
    I had concerns and before I needed to follow up it was all taken care of with in 24 hours.

    Incredible customer service 👏 went to get my passport done and the process was very smooth, tge ladies there were very helpful 👍 and polite plus very professional. I'm proud to say my town post office got great working people 👍, hope this continues
