The families are absolutely amazing and they trust that our entire community works hard to show gratitude, kindness and love to each resident Working the front desk, I am able to connect with the families and ensure that their concerns are addressed, as well as earning their trust. I also get to connect with our residents. We have some amazing souls amongst our community and each one has their own personality. We have an amazing staff that works each and every day to ensure our residents are very well taken care of. Food, activities, therapy, so many amenities to chose from, makes us different to others. I am proud to be part of their journey and to be able to say, I love my community.

(May 17, 2022, 11:04 am)We have been so pleased with the care, medical attention and delicious meals that my parents have been provided since that moved to the Auberge. Kathi Smith, the director is available 24 hours a day if needed, as well as nurses aids that are on duty. My mother receives physical therapy 5 days a week and her hair is fixed at their beauty shop each week. Lisa is the activities coordinator and each day is filled with games, exercise classes, concerts , cooking classes, gardening & flower arranging. Their goal is to stimulate their bodies & minds. Our family feels so blessed by the Auberge during this time of my parents lives.

(June 6, 2021, 5:18 pm)The staff at the Auberge at Benbrook Lake have done an extraordinary job of taking care of first both parents, and now my mother. They are obviously not only professionally concerned about her well being and happiness, but I truly believe many of them sincerely care about her. The setting is pleasant, the food good and commitment of staff amazing.
