  Updated review: I had a long and dragged out fiasco with this particular Public Storage in Factoria. However, the new district manager Lisa Leavens was amazing. She was able to mend all the issues I had prior to her arrival, and cleared my outstanding balance with the debt agency (Allied Interstate).
  
  One word of advice, if there is any issue that needs attention, ask for the direct contact for Lisa. The extension number does not work, and you'll be stuck waiting weeks and leaving tens of voicemails with no response.

  Mylia is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind and understanding with every single thing. No amount of words I could say even compares to how easy she made everything

  My experience dealing with Mylia has been a delight. If I didn’t know better I would have guessed she owned the facilities. The grounds are spotless and she always greets me with a smile and remembers my name! Not many businesses take the time to know their customers now days! I gave Mylia five stars for for being a great asset to Public Storage, and another five stars for how she makes you feel important as a tenant!

  I wanted to share my AMAZING experience I had with Mylia at this location. After my interaction with her I cannot imagine renting a space anywhere else. She was so gracious and friendly and helped me with every step of the way in my rental booking. I went online and it was not the same experience but she took the time to explain all my options and help make the decisions that also made sense cost wise. Didn’t try to oversell but explained why I would need certain feature. Authentic, personable and efficient! 10/10 She made if so easy during a stressful move! Thank you Mylia- you are the MVP!!!

  Customer service at this location is wonderful! Mylia most helpful and accommodating to my every needs. When I needed to relocate from my previous Public Storage due to a notice of it closing to remodel, she made every effort to find me a unit comparable in such short notice.
  She is friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to return my calls.
  Highly recommended location!
