Overlake Clinics - Urgent Care

I have a huge fear of needles, blood, and hospitals in general. But Nurse Heather was by far the best nurse I’ve ever had. She was very patient and distracted me so well that the whole process was done super quick. I wish every nurse was like her because I would be far less scared if I had support like that every time. Dr. Andrew was also very helpful and caring, making me feel better quickly without any panic attacks. Very nice, quiet location.

Making an appointment same day within an hour or two is easy, check in to go back time is great. The staff is knowledgeable and professional at the front desk, they even answer their phone!
The doctors are always quick to get to the issue, take the time to listen, offer more than one solution if possible. I definitely recommend!

I saw Dr. Eric Bai, and he was absolutely fantastic!! He answered all of my questions, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent staff and nurses as well. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My experience at the Overlake Clinic in the Lake Hills area went very smoothly. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I only waited to be taken to an exam room about 10 minutes. The nurse checking me in was very pleasant. The doctor came in soon after. He prescribed a medication and had it called into my pharmacy before I left. I felt the whole process was very efficient.

The only down side of my experience was the following morning when I received a text message at 4:01 AM and woke me up. I didn't appreciate that.
