  I initially came to Nancy for hypnotherapy when I got pregnant with my second baby. I had developed severe anxiety around pregnancy and birth due to trauma experienced in my first pregnancy and labor. With the proper tools and breath work, Nancy had helped me manage my anxiety and fears. I also hired her as my birth doula and was beyond satisfied with my experience. Both my husband and I were grateful we decided to work with her. Nancy was extremely supportive and encouraging. Not once did she allow me to doubt myself and my body. She gave me the confidence I needed to succeefully have an unmedicated and uncomplicated water birth. My labor lasted 9 hours all due to her guidance and encouragement. Nancy is extremely experienced and she knew exactly from start to finish how to guide me in each phase of labor. She knew when to step back and when to engage with me for when I needed it most. Nancy is an amazing doula, I would recommend her to any mom no matter what pregnancy they're on. I know that if and when we're ready for more kids, I won't hesitate to hire her again. Nancy, thank you for helping me regain control over my body and eliminate my fears around birth. I will forever be grateful to you!

  Life changing! Nancy's wonderful and engaging personality fit beautifully with her expertise and the effective tools she shares. Together we worked not only to reduce everyday stressors but tackled the the really big one for me which was working through major issues with claustrophobia. Just got back from an unforgettable family vacation that involved taking 4 plane flights...something I haven't been able to do in over 20 years. I'm so thankful a friend told me about her and so I'm truly grateful for Nancy.

  Nancy has been great in helping me work through my fear of flying and some other situations that cause me great anxiety. She is kind, thoughtful and skilled in what she does. After a few sessions I am already able to tolerate flying so much better than before.

  We used Nancy's virtual hypnobirth service to prepare for our unmedicated childbirth. I was so impressed with how well her tools worked, even for someone who has NEVER meditated before. Both my husband and I enjoyed the sessions and found them helpful for when labor hit. We used a lot of her audio tracks specifically when contractions became really difficult. Highly recommend!!!!

  We were recommended Nancy by our midwife/doula and I honestly could not have been happier with all of the tools and techniques we learned from her for the birth. This was our first birth experience and we were planning a natural, unmedicated birth of our twins so I was feeling a little apprehensive about how I was going to handle all of the unknowns. My husband and I did a consult with Nancy and then met with her for a total of three sessions. All of the tips and suggestions she had along the way were very helpful, in addition to learning coping techniques for the sensations of labor. We went into the birth feeling strong, calm and confident and I knew I was capable of birthing my babies, which was a far cry from my earlier feelings of apprehension. If you are looking for someone to help you have the birth you want and to empower you through this amazing experience, I would highly recommend Nancy!
