Incredible customer service provided byYoali today. I called to add a couple of drivers to our policy and she was so incredibly friendly and patient with me despite the process taking longer than expected. Our call got disconnected and she took it upon herself to call me back and make sure we got everything squared away. She was very professional and welcoming and made the experience a great one!

Agent Ellen Akopyan, stand up and take a bow. I was caught up looking for a Long Term Care plan to opt-out of the Washington state royal decree of King Inslee policy. I was connected with Ellen who was very knowledgable on the fine details of the plan and conveyed everything the way a normie like me would understand (especially in comparison to the state plan). She was always available for questions after our call and during the policy sale process despite (what I would assume) dozens of other potential LTC buyers at the time. Ellen even went the extra mile in providing the step by step on opting out of the state plan online. Trust in Ellen, she's got you.
