JabX Kickboxing Bellevue

I tried one session each of body camp and kickboxing. Both are 10/10
The class size is small and the instructors pay special attention if you are a newbie. Great workouts which can be scaled easily to one's ability.

JabX is an amazing kickboxing gym! My partner and I were visiting the area and they graciously let us take a few classes. We took kickboxing classes with Flavia and Axel and they were both so welcoming and fun. During class they circled through the students and also gave us pointers with our technique. The gym has an unpretentious, inclusive, community vibe. The students all know each other and Axel was planning a potluck for everyone. My work takes me around the country a lot and I've not seen another gym quite like this - most kickboxing gyms of this caliber feel more corporate and dispassionate. If I'm ever back through the area I will definitely come back here!

I have been coming to this gym for a few years now and truly nothing compares-- in both Seattle and LA! I have left a few times, just because of distance reasons, and I keep coming back. The workouts are versatile, and if you go consistently, you will see results right away in terms of tone as well as stamina and general mood improvement. All the coaches are amazing--they all take the time to ensure form and technique is correct in efforts of keeping the workouts safe while still challenging. The gym has a strong community and always makes me feel a part of the family. Jabx, these members got your back!!! xx

So much fun! Great instructors, and best workout ever! Routines are changed daily so it never gets repetitive. Schedule is accommodating as there are classes throughout the day. I started attending JabX in June and it has helped me tone up, even after one month! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to JabX for the past two months and it’s been AWESOME! Im not a big fan of going to gym (or working out in general) and the instructors make the workouts fun AND they motivate you so you actually feel like you can do it! The classes are always diverse in body shape, size and skill, so as a beginner I never felt out of place and there are people to look up to. Everyone is nice. They learn your name and greet you when you come in. They play great music and I’m always excited when I get to go! Would highly recommend checking it out.
