  We've always loved this place and consider this one of the best in Seattle for Mexican food. Their summer special corn is back and I suggest it's a must try! This time we tried the corn soup for the first time and enjoyed it thoroughly, especially the radish microgreens.

  Well, Seatown, I have some good news. The Cactus in Bellevue is not only a hot little spot but a great dinner idea.
  This modernized Mexican restaurant had a good crowd the night we went.

  Went here for a Sunday dinner and got a table pretty quick. The staff and servers are really attentive and welcoming. The ambience is great and the music's not too loud.
  
  The food is not too bad but every dish felt like it was missing something. We started off with some Chips and Salsa, and a couple of cocktails. Then we had a bowl of Tortilla soup and Spicy Ahi Tacos for appetizers. The spice level of the soup was just right but the Tacos felt very plain. For the entrees we had Chicken fried Chicken and a Carne Asada. The Chicken was well cooked and the sauce was at a good spice level, the cheese felt a little overpowering. The steak in Carne Asada was well cooked and the beans and salsa went well with the dish, overall pretty good, though I was missing the knob onion. For Dessert we had a key lime pie and Bananas Dulce. Both were great but we had too much to finish the sweet Dulce.
  
  I'll probably give some other dishes a try next time and see if my opinion stays the same. But overall I enjoyed my dinner there. The staff is great and the service is great. Hopefully the food matches that on my next visit.

  Went for an early birthday dinner and thankfully we beat the dinner rush. We got there around 4pm on a Sunday, which I recommend, and got seated right away. Service was great and very friendly. We ordered the carne asada and fajitas with skirt steak which all were delicious. When they offer chips and salsa, get quacamole too. It's so good but an extra charge which is worth it. Tortilla and chips are all made in house so its good. Will be back to try other items on their menu.

  Amazing food! Every dish we got tasted great. Seating and ambiance is really good and the staff does a great job of not only serving food but rather making it an experience as a whole 10/10
