Great dentistry, very friendly staff and amazing doctor! I was unhappy with my old dentist and switched to this one a few years ago and have been very happy ever since!
I've gone there a couple times now, it was close to my place so I decided to head there and see how it goes rather than some other high end dentist and I was pleasantly surprised. It's a small office space but everyone there is nice and accomadating. I'm bad with names but I'm good with faces and I've met at least 5 different helpers and 2 receptionists and they all generally tried to make sure I was comfortable.
They also understand that you have issues like choking or having a strong gag reflex and they don't get annoyed or fault you for it.
They accepted my dental insurance without any issue, so I was able to knock down a lot of the prices for filling and cleaning and they do a good job of sending reminders so you don't accidentally miss it. I booked my first appointment on the phone and I was cut off by accident and I thought it was their side but I think it was just some weird phone thing, when I called back, Rachel on the phone was nice enough to remember and continue the conversation without any issue.
I think the only problem I have is the terribly made website. As a developer, the site pains me and there's still a hello world on there with posts that suggest there should be something more but I wasn't able to learn any of the services the dentist provides apart from the first page. Booking an appointment on there was broken as well, which is why I even called in the first place.
Always pleasant and efficient. Had a wicked infection that turned out to need to be a root canal and didn’t feel a thing. He is excellent.
