We love this practice! We never feel rushed and Dr. Dong takes the time to explain things in a manner that is not only scientific, but understandable.
We recently moved from WA and were so sad to leave Dr. Dong behind! He has been our family pediatrician since 2008 and is just such an awesome doctor. Yes, the office wait can be very long and in the past the office staff was a bit short tempered but in the past few years they have stepped up their game with a few new hires.
Dr. Dong never rushes you, he answers tough question openly and honestly and he is one of the few doctors who truly listens to his patients. My daughters adore him and and recommend him often!
I have brought my 4 children here since birth. The staff goes above and beyond to get things done quickly, I usually can call and get a same day appointment. We primarily see Dr Dong, but both Dr Hineline and Dr Elahi have treated our kids. Best pediatricians in Burien!
