Hidden local gem 💎 of a park. Nice smooth flat basket ball court, pea patch, swings, and toddler tikes equipment has this l park a relaxing retreat just a block form PCH / 99 / International Blvd.

With three Pokémon Go stops; fill up on presents, catch Pokémon and nerd out 2016 style while the kiddos get the wiggles out.

One of the city's few parks not right under a flight path. Lots of space here, a decent playground with swings, a basketball court and soccer goals, and a community garden. Parking is a problem of late - seems the park parking is being used by folks in the neighborhood and I've not been able to get a spot the last couple times. There has been some crime and open drug and alcohol use at the park; has been a chronic issue in this neglected and underserved neighborhood.
