  Hired Stanley Steamer Monday then called J&M which delivered results.
  
  My carpets had wear and tear but J&M did the job I hired Stanley to do! I have already recommended them to my network! Very impressed with my results, spot stain removals, and more. Thank you!

  1. I was very satisfied with the service I received! My tech Ricky was very personable.
  
  2. Ricky was very humble and knowledgeable. He took his time to walk through the whole house and recommended to do the solution for “pet stains/odor”. He even went as far as walking me through the house (being the new tenant) to show me with his flashlight and show me so the damage spots! Though I gave him a hard time about having to leave to get more soap, he worked very diligently and quick!
  
  I would highly recommend this company and services! I hope all their employees are like Ricky!

  J&M employee Ricky was extremely attentive to all aspects of getting my carpet looking like the day it was actually installed, and after the cleaning everything smell so fresh. J&M saved me alot of money by re-stretching and cleaning my carpet for a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring need. Many thanks for removing one thing off my to do list and the professional service provided by your employee. Your business is a keeper in my directory.
