Polen Property Services LLC

I manage a property in Renton and we have been using Polen for roof repairs for 2 of the 3 years I have been here. We also used them for gutter cleaning when they were still providing that service. Anjelica is AMAZING! She is responsive, kind and smart. Everyone at Polen is polite and professional and for that reason I ONLY use them for my roofing needs.

I had the pleasure to Work with Angelica and Alvaro of Polen Property Services, LLC., on the roof replacement of one of our buildings. The team at Polen Property Services, LLC., had a clear and concise presentation, they were well organized, cleaned up work areas consistently, meet the proposed deadline, and kept an open and timely communication with my team and customers.
Roof replacement can be a great undertaking and does not come without its challenges. Particularly when working in multi-family settings where there are lots of people; and the safety & comfort of everyone must be observed.
