I had such a wonderful & informative visit that I immediately signed my husband up for a visit! Dr. Wong is a very caring & knowledgeable Doctor in every aspect. A very rare gem in today's standards!

Dr. Wong’s approach to patient care is like no other that I have experienced since becoming hearing impaired. Her aggressive approach to applying for new hearing aids ahead of schedule and out of the financial range that has been allowed was “let’s see what happens”. No one before Dr. Wong offered that approach when I asked. Basically I was told to stay in the box. She got me the new, improved hearing aids. Her communication style and patience in making sure that I was understanding was greatly appreciated. With my new hearing aids there’s a lot to learn and rather than just a crash course, she got me started with the basics and in 2 weeks she’ll teach me about the rest of the options.

Went in to check hearing aids, they sent them to manufactures and gave me a box of batteries for my old at home hearing aids. The business is up to date with Tech and has the best people in the field. They also care.
