Wonderful gentleman came to my son's home to see if there was hope to rescue a stone that had gone done a bathroom drain. He came immediately. Took everything apart, cleaned the stoppers. Unfortunately it was too late. The stink had been used and the stone was gone. This kind man knew I was sad since it was a family diamond. He simply wished me a Merry Christmas and left without a charge. Such a kind hearted man. I wish you would you him because he was prompt thorough and above all caring. Anyone who cares so much will take too d care of your home. Thank you sir!

Used Bob to do our home remodel and many other things. He is always available to talk and is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend him!

I was traveling, my wife was dealing with an early morning leak behind the refrigerator. At 7AM I called Beacon Plumbing who could be there at 9AM. After their arrival I talked to my wife who said Beacon Plumbing was charging us $800.00 to replace the $15 ice maker valve and the $5 plastic wall box. I immediately called Beacon Plumbing and told them not to return to my house and called Another Plumber. Bob came and identified the leak was coming from the ice maker hose fitting connected to the valve and tightened it 1/4 turn to stop the leak. Bob did not charge us for the for his service call or for tightening the hose and simply said "call me again when you need a Plumber". He is honest and unbelievably fair! THANKS BOB!!!

Bob was fantastic. No hidden fees and he was very clear about the estimate. I will definitely call him again.
