(November 22, 2020, 1:07 pm)I contacted Binford for a friend of mine. Her car wasn't running and the repairs were more than the car was worth. Dispatch was very friendly and upfront about the process. If she had called earlier in the day, the car could have been picked up the same day. Although she had made an appointment to meet the tow truck driver at a certain time for some reason he was close to an hour and a half late. Fortunately he had the $150 cash as promised in exchange for the keys and title. Binford provides a convenient way to get rid of unwanted clunkers and make a little cash as well.

My go to for looking for spare parts and the people working there are very reasonable and nice people. They are very friendly and will work out things to best help you!
