Summerwalk Villa Apartments

I have lived here and plan to continue living here. The neighbors I have and have had are so kind, and the management has been very helpful and responsive. Working with Christie and Stacey has always been a wonderful experience!

I myself have to say that my fiance & I are so happy with our choice to move into Summerwalk! We have had nothing but great experiences in the year & a half we have lived here. Christie has gone greatly above and beyond, even a little personal in helping us tremendously with some personal issues!! Thank u Christie! ❤ We will definitely be staying here!! Yes, there may be unwanted little critters here & there but its what's to be expected from such an old complex!! As long as u have common sense & know how to keep the little critters out, there's no problem!

I have lived here over 4 months now and the ladies in the office, from the very start, have been available and have gone above and beyond to help me with different obstacles that I have had come up. I do not have roaches or bed bugs! Maintenance is very timely and efficient. It is a nice apartment and I have no complaints.
