I, on the other hand have not had an problem with Midway sewer. I have been a customer off and on since 1999. They have always been friendly and helpful, especially when I had my main line sewer replaced, no issue with permits or inspections. I believe the previous commitment is an isolated incident. They should call midway, I am sure a resolution can be accomplished. I have all of my statements emailed, I have to date no reason to complain.
