It's a perfect place for meditation, especially if you haven't tried it before and maybe is a little hesitant. Although sessions were online, I was surpised myself to find that it's actually working

I have been doing meditation for a few years now and it was an amazing journey so far. My mind was always all over the place before. The meditation method was precise and well structured. Every step that was guided was exactly on point that enabled me to throw away my racing thoughts and find real peace in me. Not to mention they have the most supportive and loving community. The community kept me motivated and going. Can’t wait for my next journey with this meditation!

I have been doing this meditation for a while now and I am loving it! As a meditation newbie, I was not quite sure how to take a first step into this journey but this meditation program made everything so easy. The helper is genuinely kind and insightful. Their atmosphere is always welcoming and the fellow mediators have such a warm hearted and are ready to embrace everything. I definitely recommend this meditation program to everyone!

Great meditation. It is an eye-opening meditation that really effectively helps you clear away all the rumination. After getting rid of the negative chaos from my mind, there have been many positive changes. My sleep has improved, my creativity at work has improved, and people have even complimented me telling me my face looks brighter and more youthful! I am so happy with these great changes and recommend the meditation to everyone.
