I think in that time I have had two claims and his office responded immediately, and has always been very helpful walking me thru the process. I recently moved to a different area of our state but have kept my coverage with Phil's office because of the outstanding service I have always received.
Erika is always right on top of every request I have and takes great care of Phil's clients.
I highly recommend this State farm Office.
