Dr lum is an incredible doctor, he is calm and professional. He takes time to answer all your questions.

Just needed a new prescription. Called them on a Saturday at 11 and they were able to set me an appointment for 12:15. They were knowledgeable about my insurance and were courtious when telling me what was covered. Both Wendy and Angela were terrific, as was Dr. Lum. I tend to be hyper critical of all types of medical professionals, and only want my care handled by people that actually care. I'm lucky I stumbled upon them, and am very grateful for their service, help and compassion.

I highly recommend this clinic. I needed a prescription glasses prior to me flying out on my trip. With only a week before my trip, receptionist, Angela, was extremely helpful in helping me find a place when she didn't guarantee my glasses will be done on time with them, and later took me in when I didn't have time to go over insurance talk with the other places. They got it done in 4 business days. That helped removed a lot of the stress I was experiencing at the time. Dr. Lum is also an amazing and sweet guy, they genuinely want to help you. You will not regret it.

Dr. Lum has been one of the best eye doctors I have been to. He does a great exam, does not overcharge, and is a nice person. I would recommend him to anybody who ever asks me!
