Arbor Chase Apartment Homes

Moving to Arbor Chase has been a great experience. Avery has made the whole process very easy and has been wonderful at answering our questions along the way. The apartment grounds are well maintained and the neighborhood seems to be quiet.

Highly recommend arborchase! They have the best generous workers I've ever met. Thankyou So much Avery for taking of your time to help us get an apartment quick & easy as possible. He helped us step by step cause this is our first time get our own place, & got it within 1week !! Other places take more than a week and its too expensive. If you want a spacious low monthly priced apartment look for Avery.?? He'll help you.

I moved into these home as the pandemic was really taking off which was very stressful but Tabitha and Sarah made the transition so smooth. From the day I submitted my application they have been helpful every step of the way.Maintenance requests are always answered and a timely fashion. They check on you during random times to make sure everything is okay and it's a very peaceful environment. I would recommend these homes every day of the week and twice on Sunday's.

I have lived here for a couple months, Sarah was so amazing and helpful. She went above and beyond to make my move in process stress free. Living here has been amazing. I did have a couple things that needed to be fixed in the apartment, I called Sarah and she walked me through the online process to submit a work order. It was so easy and simple. Her maintenance staff was so prompt and efficient. She is so friendly, recently the apartments had a rock painting contest. Do to the Covid-19, the apartments found some fun things for the kids to do. I didn't have paints and brushes for my kids, Sarah was kind enough to provide some extra glitter, paint and pens so they could participate. Thanks again for everything Sarah and Arbor Chase.

Have lived in these apartments since last may the management here is always super friendly and anytime we have had anything break they have been quick to fix it. Even when everything went a bit wacky with the pandemic they were awesome at keeping us updated and trying to keep us all safe. On top of setting up policies to keep us safer they also came up with community building activities that we could do while social distancing like bingo and rock painting contests!
