New Hope Adult Family Home

I needed a new set of tires and went here because they have the best reviews in the area and a good selection of tires across the budget-to-luxury spectrum. They offered me three choices across that spectrum, and I chose the Coopers based on reviews I'd read online. I also got an oil change and was still in and out in an hour. When I got a flat a few weeks later, I stopped back in, and they quickly inspected the tire and found the problem (bad valve), fixed it, and sent me on my way. The best tire buying experience I've had in many many years.

Driving from Massachusetts to Ohio. Came through this area with my tire not holding air. Came in with no appointment and got my tire fixed for cheap. The guy at the desk what very sociable, kind, and funny.

Bob and his team are always so kind and respectful. They welcome you by name and make you comfortable. I could go to other Mr.Tire place but I like the service I received from them! Great job

This place is great! Came once to get my oil changed and once to get my tire fixed and both times I had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and the services were completed in a timely manner.

The two negative reviews seem suspicious to me. I deliver medical supplies to many adult family homes in the greater Seattle area and have had Estera's New Hope on my route for over five years. At least once per month I visit Estera's, and I consider it to be one of the top houses on my route in all respects. The house itself is spacious, classy, and always immaculately clean. And the people on the staff are always friendly, courteous, and charming. And when I have seen the residents, they seem happy. The vibe is always very positive when I have visited Estera's.

My 40-year-old daughter Janice has lived in this adult family home for 5 years. When I first brought her there, she was a very troubled, fragile young woman suffering from catatonia. Janice is now a healthy, happy person who absolutely sparkles. And this is all because of the loving care she has consistently received from Estera and her staff. The first photo was taken around the time I moved Janice to Estera's home. The second photo was taken 5 months ago. The difference tells the whole beautiful story!

I have been the Hairdresser for this adult family home for several years. This is a clean and well ran adult family home. The residents are happy and well cared for... truly a wonderful place for your loved one!

Two fake profiles. One from Lisbon, Portugal and the other from New York. Property management companies. Really?

My parents would never even think of doing such a crime. If this were true, they would have been shut down a long time ago.

We have contacted the other family homes and made them aware of your false claims.
