  The pressure on my house was too high resulting in water pouring out in crawl space. The technician explained the problem to me and quoted a price to repair. The actual price was higher than what he quoted. The tech seemed to generally care and I am very appreciative of that.

  These guys are great! I needed a clean-out valve installed to my sewage line. They came out too mt house in Seattle to look at the job and provide a quote, and within a week, everything was installed. They were here by 8a and out by 12p. I also had them install a pressure regulator to help reduce leaks inside my house. Overall, incredibly responsive, reasonable, and professional. Since having the pressure regulator and clean-out valve installed, I've had Plumbers back out to replace a kitchen sink faucet and fix a valve in my shower. Both times, they gave me a 2 hour window (8a to 10a) and both times they arrived at 8a on the dot. I'd definitely recommend and use these guys again! Not incredibly cheap, but the work was done right the first time, and *fast*. They hustle! In addition they looked at my main sewer line repair and had that up and fixed fast with an additional camera inspection turns had main sewer line had to be replaced due to tree root damage.

  I had a couple other plumbers say they were going to come out and quote to only stand me up. Left waiting. A couple other plumbers wanted to tunnel under the house. Accurate leak used their equipment to trace the sewer lines out and determined it would be better to run the replacement sewer line out side of the foundation as it was a straight shot to the main city sewer line with a minimum of under the foundation digging and no cement foundation work.
  Accurate Cascade Plumbing did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would do it at a fair price.

  My hot water heater went out over the weekend and I couldn't get it to light. So I called first thing Monday morning. They sent someone over to my house around 10am. He took a look let me know what the problem was and fixed it in under a half hour. He was super nice and was super nice to my dogs too.

  Needed a new gas control vale on my water heater I had spoken with Erick he came out and he was super helpful and knowledgable. He also gave a free camera sewer inspection
