Delaney Kitchen and Design

Dennis was an oustanding partner and resource in our kitchen redesign. I found his name and company from other recommendations on Nextdoor - a group I often use to find high quality, locally based referrels.

Dennis delivered everything we expected and more. He is creative and uses his many years of experience to provide an outstanding product and a seamless process. He does what he says he is going to do, often before the deadline and is highly responsive.

We loved meeting with Dennis and never felt rushed. He answered all of our questions, which helped us make more informed decisions. Whenever we got to style/function decision points, he would provide the pros and cons of each option and then let us decided which one worked best for us.He was there whenever we needed him - to answer questions, help us think things through and update any drawings or designs.

We are at the final permitting stage of our project so I can't yet post any pictures but will upload some when we are all done.

I would 100% recommend Dennis for any future kitchen or design projects that you have coming up.

We worked with Dennis on the design of our new kitchen, which involved completely changing the footprint of our outdated kitchen. Dennis understood the look we were going for straight away, and very quickly designed a beautiful, efficient layout that we tweaked together over a couple of weeks. The 3-D designs Dennis produces are so realistic and so helpful for customers, especially those of us who are new to major renovation projects. Dennis is a talented designer with years of experience, and lots of patience and good humor! He made suggestions we'd never considered or thought possible in our space. We found Delaney through Angies list where he had wonderful reviews. We met with him, and while I admit I was skeptical at first, he truly impressed with his confidence and years of experience. Within a few days he had an amazing kitchen design to show us via a 3D model. I should also say that we had an architect, and while he did amazing work as well, Dennis was able to truly utilize the space and add much more detail to the kitchen and master bath. Dennis was able to add Craftsman style details that are truly impressive. I've added an early draft picture of my future kitchen. It's so nice to have a 3D design to really visualize the space.

Not only in creating a design we like but also helping us understand the work involved. He suggested a number of changes to our original ideas, and always had good reasons to back them up. He has contacts with high quality cabinet makers and appliance stores, but you still have the flexibility of organizing things yourself.

Dennis did such an amazing job on our kitchen & family room remodel that we asked him to help us with the design of our master bathroom as well. Working with Dennis is great because he is so easy to work with, is professional, and is very responsive. He has such a great eye for design and offered several suggestions to maximize the space in our limited bathroom area. After going through the design process with Dennis, he put us in touch with several contractors who completed the bathroom remodel with beautiful results. Thanks to Delaney Kitchen & Design, our master bathroom is beautiful and functional, and our open-concept kitchen & family areas are truly the heart of our home.
