Jordan helped me out and answered all my questions. He was incredibly nice and informed me of everything I needed. Would recommend. 5* customer service, it was very refreshing experience.

I had to get my unit last minute today, the same day that I was moving out. Reserved the unit online at first, turns out I needed a bigger size and a transfer. Jordan here at public storage that helped me with the transfer was very knowledgeable and the hospitality was perfect. On a stressful day of moving out with so much already on your shoulders, the team here at this location made everything seamless!
