The sales process for my VW camper van was straightforward. They sold me the van at a fair market price with no need for haggling and no pressure to finance. The van is so nicely refurbished that it feels like it was transported to the future from its year of manufacture, aside from the > 100k odometer. They resolved the few minor issues I found after purchase for free (as per the purchase agreement), in a timely fashion, and with no argument. There were no surprise charges or hard up-sells on options. I can talk directly with the expert staff and they have been friendly and happy to offer advice on how to maintain the vehicle or fix something myself.

I read all the negative reviews about this place, and at the time of my review, all are related to other vehicles, not camper vans.

I will update this review with information about repair service once I have experienced that.

Amazing buying experience, wish I previously bought through them. The quality of the car and price were phenomenal. Can't thank Susan and Don enough for making the purchasing and paperwork seamless, even while doing it remotely due to covid; and Abdi and Ali for helping deliver the car and giving it a thorough maintenance check. They're a very personable crew and have good customer service. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, these guys were good. I did have issues with the original car we bought, but they stepped in and took care of me right away. Gave me a loaner for almost a month while the figured out the issue. Ended up being a real fluke deal on the car, not anyone's fault. So they got me into a new car that met my needs! They also helped out with the cost and it turned out better than the original deal. I am SO THANKFUL for all their hard work and dedication to their customer!!!
