The Preserve at Forbes Creek

I have lived here at the Preserve for nearly 3.5 years. It’s location is ideal - it’s quiet with easy access to 405. The staff is friendly, and quick to respond to concerns and any service requests. The apartment has modern finishes, ample parking, and close access to walking paths. Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend this apartment to others.

I love living here! It is in a beautiful area- tucked away in greenery but still super close to everything in Kirkland. It is also an amazing place to have a dog- so many trails and paths and beautiful routes for walks. The apartment itself is spacious for the price and the maintenance team is friendly and responsive. The amenities are closed during Covid but I am very eager to get to explore them all once it is safe. Between the low rent and beautiful location, this is such a great place to live. I have renewed my lease 3 times now and have no qualms about continuing to do so for a while!

We have lived at the Preserve at Forbes Creek for 9 months now and we love it.

The staff are very friendly and the move in process was seamless, even in the middle of a pandemic. They always have something fun to do for their tenants, from free breakfast and food trucks to pumpkin decorating contests and wine tastings with free treats for the dogs. They gave away free gift wrap around Christmas time, these are just a few examples of the many things they have done. It shows that they truly care for the people that live at their complex and that is rare.

The apartments are beautiful and updated with views from all windows of trees and fountains. You forget that you’re living in a city. The landscaping is always maintained and it seems they are always just making more improvements. The facilities, though we have not been able to use them, are really great! We cannot wait to be able to use them. The buildings themselves must have great insulation because we never hear anyone which is quite different from our last place. Maintenance is great too, very quick to respond to urgent needs!

The area is great, there is Juanita beach down the road and trails all around, a ton of opportunity to get out and enjoy the great outdoors when there is nothing to do. I love driving home because it is off Forbes Creek Drive which is surrounded by a nature preserve. It is very quiet here yet extremely close to 405.

We love living here and cannot wait to sign our next lease. We recommend this place to everyone!

Our family has lived here for a few years and we love the community. Highly recommend. It quiet and friendly. Nice walking trails around and lots of green grass areas. The real fireplaces in the apartments are also a favorite of ours to cozy up to :)

I moved here from south Seattle. I have to say I really enjoy living here. Everyone is very kind in the office. It’s very quiet and my neighbors are wonderful. It also has a very relaxing atmosphere with all the little ponds around. I see little ducks everyday which is adorable. They have different floor plans to accommodate what your family needs.If you are looking to move to a new apartment, consider scheduling a tour of the property.
