My name is Michael Lin and I recently brought my 2008 Hyundai Sonata to get fixed after my car being hit, and I wanted to give a deserved review to Fred in the collision department and Eva the appraiser who both did caring and phenomenal work for me and made me feel as a customer that my car was taken care of. Both of them went out of their way to make me feel like I was protected in every aspect and am grateful I got the service at Destination Nissan. I went in for a 15, 000 mile check-up. Luke greeted me right away and reminded me of what was covered in that package. I told him I thought I had a few choices of coupons to use. When I presented them he applied the one that would save me the most money. He told me he would try to get me in and out in an hour. In just about an hour he came to me and told me of 3 recommendations that should be taken care of in the near future. I asked him if they could be attended to right then and there. He said absolutely. It didn't take very long at all until my car was completely ready to go. Luke was great as is everyone at Nissan. I also always really appreciate the complimentary car wash each time🙂! Thank you for continued great service!
