(February 12, 2018, 12:57 pm)Our technician, Asif, was amazing! He arrived 30 minutes before the 10-12pm window they gave us and went over our options. He would need to get a replacement wall heater for us, which I thought would require him to come back another day, but that was not the case. He went and picked up a replacement and returned to install in what felt like minutes. He was done and gone before the 10-12pm window had even closed. We live in Issaquah and he had to go to Bellevue for the part we needed. I’m very happy with him and the company and will call them for any future needs, without question!
