  This is an amazing gym with a wonderful staff. I have been a member for a month and can't stop talking about my experience at this gym.

  Good gym, it doesn't get too busy and there are treadmills and weights you can use with almost no wait times in the evening which is a good thing although parking can be hard sometimes.
  They also offer classes such as zumba, yoga and body pump.

  Kirkland Gold's is the best! If you want a real gym for a good price look no further. This is not a "club" with lots of frills, its a place where serious people go to work hard. The selection of machines and free weights are unbeatable. Dumbbells up to 150lbs. So much equipment that I always have plenty of options even at peak hours. The trainers are top notch and very friendly, along with the front desk staff and manager Keith. I've become good friends with the entire staff who always seem happy to see me and chat. Everyone is so fitness oriented that I've entered local physique competitions with many other members and much of the staff! I go out of my way to come here even though there are 4 other Gold's closer to me. My best friend here has been coming for more than 20 years, and I intend to do the same. The positive atmosphere, great people, award winning management, and workout buddies I've made the past 2 years make it my favorite place to hang out.
