Their appointment system is good and they recognize you from your phone number. I also like the waiting room. It is not crowded and you can see your car from the waiting area. Since they are good, they are busy and they may not have any availability in the next 30-40 days but they still do their best to help you if your problem requires immediate attention.
Wow! I am so impressed! Brought our new Kona in to get a key made and mentioned we had a rattle. They went above and beyond to address the issue and made me feel like I was their most important customer. I cannot thank you enough for the fantastic customer service!!!!!
Brought in my 2016 Sonata for a general servicing and they did a great job. They even took time to vacuum out a bunch of tree debris that managed to work it's way into the engine compartment. The prices were very fair as well.
Excellent service! Overall great experience! On my latest visit I had a headlight bulb replaced and was in and out pretty quickly. They also did a free inspection, as my car was bought from another location of the same dealer! Nice! 😎
