Doug’s is the best car shop around. My wife and I have been taking all of our vehicles here for years. From routine maintenance to more complex issues Doug’s has always done us right. They are very friendly, honest people and I trust them 100% which can be hard to come by in a car shop. They have always given us their honest opinion on the issues at hand even telling us things we can afford to wait on. Their work is always top notch, high quality work. Not to sound too corny but ever since i started coming to Doug's I feel like I'm leaving my vehicle with family. As soon as you walk through the door, either Josh or Riley greet me kindly,they answer all my strange questions, and it never feels like they try to rip me off. One time i was on the highway and my vehicle was shaking and giving me a warning light...I got really concerned & so I had my boyfriend call Doug's while i was driving to ask them if there was something serious & what i should do. They gave us a suggestion and I was able to make it home. I'm going to keep coming to them, even if I move to a different city. This is just 1 out of many scenarios, they've done other maintenances for me, they're quick and just awesome. Thank you

These guys are top notch and my trustworthy go-to for any needed car repair or maintenance. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I've used them many times with multiple cars and won't go anywhere else unless it's something outside their scope.

Just the other day, I was selling my 17-year old Camry and stripped the license plate holder screws (that had probably been on their since the car was new). I swung by and Josh was able to get them popped off quickly and replaced them with some new ones so I could remove the plates for the buyer. He refused to take any payment for it, and even though they were busy he was willing to take 10 mins to help me out, which was greatly appreciated. These are exactly the kind of businesses we need to be supporting in our local communities.If you need to find trustworthy mechanics who are great people to boot, look no further than Doug's!

Have finally found "My Shop". Was referred here by my mom because I didn't have a shop and my first car was new and covered under the dealership warranty. I've felt very safe and comfortable leaving my vehicle with Josh and his crew. He didn't push me into buying more then I needed and gave me options on what to take care of first. I will always send my vehicles here and will recommend others to do the same. He even called a few days later to make sure I was still happy with the work, I've NEVER had a shop do that! Great place!
