“I have been going to this restaurant for 15+ years and have never had a single bad meal. Today, unfortunately, I had that experience with my pickup order order. Not only was the order messed up, but the food I did get didn't taste quite right. I called and explained this, they asked no questions, and were happy to make me a complete replacement meal for free.
