  When my doctor told me I had a shoulder impingement, he said I needed physical therapy. I decided to try Mercer Island Physical Therapy because of the great reviews I've read. Also, I found out my brother in law a while back had gone here and really liked it. Laura has been great, explaining all the things she has been doing working with me, Luke is also very helpful with my treatments. The whole staff makes you feel very welcome. They are very good about wiping down the equipment after each use and all wear masks. I feel safe coming here. If you ever need PT this is the best place to get it!

  Attention to details from the front desk to Douglas Free, making a new patient comfortable and almost like a partner to the therapy already on the first couple of visits are impressive. Douglas gets to know his patient as a whole, not just on the paper you fill out. He actually read the intake paper and looks beyond it to draw a care plan. I'm totally impressed and gives the whole clinic a 5 star!

  Very personable, made me feel like the patient is important. The whole staff has "customer service" in their best interest. So far, the exercises appear to be helping. Printouts also are helpful, because I forget everything. There is also easy parking.
