Achtuning

Ordered a set of their Hartmann wheels. Within minutes, I received an email from one of the staff confirming that I was 100% sure I wanted such an aggressive offset. After exchanging some emails and spending a little while trying to decide whether my decision was final, I received an email containing some images of a vehicle of the same model with a set of Hartmann wheels in an identical offset, along with a suggestion as to another modification that would make my car look even better.

Just under a week later, I received the wheels and must say they look amazing. The fit and finish is absolutely top notch.

My experience with Achtuning was the best I’ve ever had with any shop. Recently purchased an RS5, and wanted to replace the stock exhaust and downpipes, install an RMR transmission cooler, and add spacers. Worked with Kelly, Zach, and Bill from start to finish. Every interaction with them is professional, and you just feel like these guys are a classy group. They were the only shop willing to do the trans cooler install, and it turned out perfect. There was an issue with the exhaust manufacturer that Zach managed, and after the manufacturer fell on their face a third time, I was ready to return the system. Bill stepped in to resolve it and save the sale, and in the end the exhaust was the perfect sound I was looking for. Zach stepped up yet again and worked the manufacturer to apply a discount for the problems they caused. To top it off, there was a misunderstanding at the end, but instead of communicating through email, Kelly picked up the phone and called to clear things up. To boot, it turned out I was in the wrong. Fantastic experience all around.

I took my B7 A4 for alignment today, no complains. They did the job quickly and got the car back to me in no time. Thanks for adjusting my control arms too.

Have had to bring my Audi here a couple times for various work. Kelly and the team at achtuning are some of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. They are very knowledgeable and labor/part rates are extremely competitive. Even when they are booked out I was able to get my car back 2 weeks earlier than expected, and it is running like new. It is the only place I trust enough to touch me vehicle.

Justin & Kelly were great to work with. They had one of the last available parts, of a product that went out of production, that I needed for my Golf R. They had it delivered to my door the next day.
