“Trinity Martial Arts is a school run by experienced teachers Chris and Tiffany Aprecio, who are passionate about what they do. Our boys, aged 5 and 8, have been with Trinity Martial Arts since July 2013 and love attending class each week. The classes are focused, high energy and run by very capable and technically proficient instructors! We have seen fantastic progress in our boys martial arts skills since joining the school, and have also seen their confidence grow. The boys both work really hard in class and you can see how proud they are at what they have accomplished. This is a great testament to the school, the instructors and their teaching abilities. On a personal level, Chris and Tiffany are very friendly and welcoming. They have a positive approach to teaching – very patient and encouraging, but with an ability to push each individual to really achieve to the best of their abilities. Aside from Martial Arts, they also teach the students life values of respect, teamwork, perseverance and leadership. I would highly recommend Trinity Martial Arts to anyone. “This is my happy place outside of home! 🙂 I have attended their fitness classes as well as choreography classes and they are both a lot of fun! When you learn dance from Arundhati, you are not just learning the steps but you are also learning to emote, and lots of fine details like how to make it look more energetic or graceful depending on the choreography. She also does group formations and partner work which make it even more fun and you feel like you are actually performing to an audience! These classes are sure to energize and cheer up anybody, you will never know until you try it! 😊”

“My mom was the first resident at Union Hill Senior Care, and she lived there for over two and a half years until she passed away. I highly recommend it. Delia, Joseph, and all the caregivers took great care of my mom and were able to support her as her needs changed. Delia is an RN, and she always kept me up-to-date on my mom's condition, changes, and when I needed to take action. The updates were always at the right level of detail and the right level of urgency. My mom's day-to-day life was made as interesting as possible depending on her ability to engage. Everyone had great patience to allow her to do as much as possible at her own pace. That is very important as a person becomes more and more dependent. They have activities and entertainment -- a very supportive family environment. I visited several times a week and was able to get to know everyone. The facility itself is beautiful, immaculate, and well-maintained. As great as the facility is, the people are even better. When you are caring for an aging parent, you want to make sure that they have the best care possible. Union Hill Senior Care was one of the best choices that I made for my mom. They made her final years the best that they could be.”

The only complaints I have are actually the health insurance policies making refilling scripts very annoying and delayed, but that is not the fault of the pharmacy staff. “I moved my mother into Mindful Senior Care after a bad fall, a stay in the hospital and the determination by her doctors that she no longer could live on her own due to her Dementia. She had always been very independent with her living situation. Nevin did a great job at helping transition my mother to the adult family home, which is not a small feat when someone has been independent for so very long in their life. She has been at Mindful Senior Care for 8 months now and has settled in very nicely and always has wonderful things to say about the care she receives from Nevin. The home is very clean, the grounds are very beautiful, and mom really enjoys the great meals! Mindful Senior Care is located next to Idylwood Park on Lake Sammamish and Nevin is great at taking mom for walks, getting her outside to enjoy the Pacific Northwest. We are thankful for the great care mom is receiving at Mindful Senior Care, as mom lives out her remaining golden years.”
