O'Reilly Auto Parts

In regards to other O'REILLY'S I have been, I didn't get a recommended service from the second Representative as I returned back. The first was welcoming and handled me as a valuable Customer, had spoken through the phone and he recognized immediately as I came in for pickup.

It’s clean, convenient, well-stocked- and most importantly, excellent knowledgeable friendly service. Thank you to Julie and David for helping me muddle through a few issues with my ancient mamavan. It’s so pleasant to have people listen patiently and help, without being condescending or overexplaining. Kudos!!

Also sometimes I wonder when I ask Julie if I can use the bathroom she says I can’t use the bathroom… is it because I look like the person to abuse it? anyways it’s currently 10:43 as I post this review on a Saturday morning tysm for reading

Eric was very helpful and patient with us! Best customer service I’ve received with a auto store! My mother told me to write this cause she is happy with the custom service! Keep it up thanks for finding that difficult part we needed haha

Great service! Friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They took time to make sure the parts I was getting were the right ones, even going as far to come outside and measure the parts on my car! Definitely will be coming back for all of my car part needs!
