  We got a check engine light on our 2014 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 van, indicating an issue with the emissions system. I took it to our local Mercedes dealer and they said that the entire emissions system needed to be replaced for $7100! After doing some research into the problem on line, I learned that it was very unlikely that all of the components needed to be replaced. The dealer was just looking for the most expediant and profitable solution to the problem. I took it to Sound Auto Care for a more thorough diagnosis. Their testing pinpointed the problem, they replaced the parts and saved me over $3600! While the repair was still expensive, Sound Auto's diagnostic capabilities and their documentation of the problem and the solution gave me a great amount of confidence that I have found a trusted partner to work with when I have problems with the Sprinter. it runs great now and I could not be happier. I strongly recommend Sound Auto Care for your MB Sprinter care.

  After having a horrible experience with a car dealership I found Sound Auto. From the moment I called I knew I found the right place! Lindsey is so wonderful! Everyone there is. She kept in touch with me each day on the progress of my repairs. I'm a customer for life! They made a stressful time bearable. I will take my vehicles to them for all mechanical needs. They really are that wonderful

  Great services as always. The mechanic was great and fit me in even though they were very busy. They are very honest and trustworthy with their work.

  I have a 2005 Sprinter RV. I have been shopping for a new service & repair location. Great first time experience, communication and documentation. My inspections found that the work had been done as ordered and had a quality appearance. The shop is over an hour from home but looks like it will be worth the drive in the future.

  Sound Auto Care really blew my socks off.
  
  Lindsay was an absolute pleasure to work with; she was kind, communicative and sounded very knowledgeable. Shout out to Lindsay.
  
  I've always wanted a vehicle mechanic shop to communicate with me during the process. Sound Auto Care does more than communicate. The inspection, with photos and videos, was extremely helpful. The messages (both email & text) and process details were things I only dreamed were possible with this industry. Low and behold, it is and Sound Auto Care does it!
  
  I'm thankful for the speed of service. I anticipated the work on my vehicle to take most of the week. It took less than two days.
  
  As an added plus, they are currently doing contact-less service with the state of the world. I appreciate their desire to keep their customers and employees safe.
  
  I will be highly recommending this shop to others and will be continuing my vehicle services here.
