Love this company and their product. I’ll be honest, I was very upset with the product when I first purchased. Might be worth adding a disclaimer for people who think they can just do this with their hands. I decided to do some research and bought some tools and have been hooked ever since. It’s very intricate but if you break a piece, Fascinations is great with replacing that piece because they want you to finish the build. I will be a lifelong customer for sure!

I brought an Iron Man model and encountered problems that I knew I would so I brought two, after ruining both pieces I made contact with Fascinations and sent me a new set of pieces all the way from America even though I live in the UK, what service, if only all companies were like this, thanks so much Fascinations, you have made my day, lets hope I can actually put the piece together!!!!!

Excellent local company that’s stands behind the product. Went above and beyond my expectations. I will continue on buy and supporting them.
