  We can’t thank Angie enough! We took our dog to the vet and they told us to put him down because he was no longer able to use his hind legs, he was paralyzed and they told us it was arthritis, muscular pain but all they gave us was pain medication. He’s 13 years old but all his bloodwork was great, no organ failure and stilly so lovely despite not being able to use his hind legs. Our hearts told us to find another alternative and luckily for us we found Angie!
  
  4-6 weeks later and he’s walking and standing independently with minimal support up and downstairs! He’s starting to gain muscle mass on his legs too. We are so thankful that there are people like Angie that are working animals and willingly to work with people that can’t afford really expensive treatments. Thank you for all that you do! I recommend her to anyone!

  It feels good to write this review about Kimberly Graves, she has been my insurance agent for a long time now. I have my home owners insurance and car insurance with Farmers. Since I started working with her I have bought and sold several vehicles, my cars needed work done (windshield crack replacement etc.) and as a first time home owner I had lot of questions (what is and is not covered, premiums and deductibles and so on) about my policies. The most amazing things about Kimberly are her excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond to help her customers. Whenever I need to reach out to her, she is either readily available, or she would call me back (if I leave a voice mail) or respond to my email within hours if not minutes. Also she is excellent in her subject matter expertise, it seems she always has the answers to my questions on top of her head. Overall I'm very happy with her being my agent, I'll highly recommend her for all of your insurance needs.

  Kim saw me the same day, was polite and professional. She knows all about ride share and really helped me out with my new job! I even helped me save more by bundling renters insurance. Not only that, she's got the cutest office and was so kind to my daughter. I give her 6 stars (if I could).

  Kimberly has been very helpful with my insurance needs. Our family has relied on Farmers for over 50 years. Other companies were a big hassle and very difficult to work with. Especially when my parents passed away Farmers took time with us and helped us with the transition of the estates insurance needs. It was very helpful during a very hard time and being treated like a person rather than an account number is a big reason why our family trusts Farmers.

  I recommend Farmers Insurance company with all of our insurance needs for at least 30 years. Kimberly is our personal agent who gives us the best bundled policy. Kimberly will make you feel like family with her sweet and kind personality. She knows her job well so I highly recommend her.
