Dr. Li is not your average chiropractor. He really is the best! I've been to a lot of chiropractors for anything from minor neck cricks to major post accident recovery - all of them i'm in and out of their office too fast feeling like their only goal is a quick fix, snap, crack, pop, have a nice day, and the problem returns a week later. BUT Dr. Li gets to the root of the issue & pain you are having. Not only, do you leave feeling better physically, you leave Dr. Li's office feeling better mentally, emotionally, and with more awareness of your body, including leaving with goals & exercises to work on between visits. He even teaches you how to breathe properly. He reminds you that you are strong enough to achieve long lasting results. And, he's the type of chiropractor that calls or texts you to check in on how your feeling. How many providers do you know that do that!? I highly recommend Dr. Li!
Dr. Li is very professional. He's so patient to ask about my symptoms, when they started, and any past injuries or conditions that may be related.
I had been suffering from shoulder pain for half a year and knee pain for years. I had much concern before my first visit. But during the physical examination, Dr. Li explained a lot about my condition and he found the root cause of the shoulder pain which makes me feel confident that I could get rid of all these pains some day with his quality care.
I was impressive by his effective diagnosis and treatment. In first visit, my right arm could barely feel the vibration. After Dr. Li's using hands-on techniques and homework to help reduce pain and improve joint mobility, my right shoulder/arm could feel the vibration as what my left one feels. It's getting better and better. Dr. Li addresses both symptoms and root causes. He's not only treating me but also teaching me how to protect joint, muscle, etc, and live in a healthy life.
I look forward to my Mobility Plus Rehab sessions with Dr. Li. He listens to my goals and takes the time to assess my body condition when treating me. Every time I leave an appointment, I feel better and have more knowledge about how to increase and sustain my mobility. The exercises and guidance from Dr. Li have helped me to regain mobility I had previously, enabling me to enjoy sports again. Dr. Li listens intently to understand before diagnosing. This was huge for me as I have gotten the same few types of advice all my life. I have had low back pain since an injury at 16 years old. We discovered a few things that I was doing to self-treat my pain that were causing short term symptom relief but preventing true healing.
I wish I had found Dr. Li years ago. I have been told for years that I am "too young to have this much back pain" and after 1 week and 2 sessions - Dr. Li has finally been able to provide me with short term relief as well as exercises to begin my healing. He means business and will keep you accountable. I plan to update this review once I am able to get back to an exercise routine and move on from the daily fear and pain I have had for the last decade.
Edit One month in: - Dr. Li has help me re-learn things I didn’t know I was doing wrong and were causing me pain. I am the most optimistic I have ever been that I can recover fully. I have daily exercises that I can actually do correctly and a plan for what to do after I master those as well as knowledge about how to test my progress safely along the way.

Dr Li is your best friend in learning the basics about how to condition your body for routine or sports activities. He has a unique customized approach to each client. I have learnt a lot in my visits to Dr Li about how the basic functions of your body are related to workout or sports and how to train them correctly. Highly recommended!
