The workouts are tough and the trainers are great! I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience at F45! I highly recommend and would suggest the membership like I do, so you can go to as many classes a week as you want!
I love these workouts, because their movement style makes me feel safe, so I don’t worry about injuring myself. The coaches are super nice and friendly. I feel great going here!
F45 is the best HIIT workout and there is a great sense of community in the gym. You're guaranteed to walk out of here sweating, exhausted, and with a smile on your face. In addition to the workout the thing that really makes F45 stand out are the awesome coaches, involved owners, and clean facility. Everyone here takes pride in the experience which is really nice.
Been waiting for a gym to open in Eastlake and this is even better. Able to get a great work out in just 45 minutes and the coaches are helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and great pricing options.
