  In a real bind with project deadline and computer suddenly non responsive.
  Michael actually answered the phone, took on diagnosis immediately, walking out in the rain to take delivery of the machine, solved in less than two hours with mínimum charge. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service, quick turnaround and priced very fair. Very pleasant to do business with. Initially contacted for an urgent repair (that was fixed in under an hour) and now will be using form some upgrades. Highly recommended!

  I had a mysterious and annoying problem with my laptop screen flickering and had lived with it for about a year. Rather than buy a new laptop, I decided to try and get it fixed. I stumbled upon Michael as an option, and I'm glad I did. I was surprised to see his business hours so open, but they turned out to be true as I was able to get a hold of him immediately after 10pm. I brought my laptop to him the next morning and he took a look at it for about 20 minutes to adjust the monitor connection. At first it seemed that this did the trick and the problem was less frequent, but soon it was obvious that it had not been completely resolved. I contacted him again, late that night, and he had several suggestions for trying to resolve the issue. Nothing worked, so I brought the laptop back to him early the next morning. Michael worked on it for almost an hour this time, digging deeper to check and reset internal connections. So far, so good this time and I have yet to see my screen flicker again. Amazing! I didn't have to purchase any expensive part replacements, I was only charged for the initial hour of labor, and now hopefully my laptop will last a bit longer so I don't have to purchase a new one.   My wife and I came to West Seattle for a 3 week stay baby sitting grand kids and grand dogs while our kids were in Australia and New Zealand. Both of our computers developed sticky key syndrome and I tried to fix them with a YouTube video but to no avail. I called Michael at King County PC repair primarily because of his great reviews and proximity to where I was staying. He had me come in immediately and worked over half-an-hour on one machine but found that the fix was going to cost more than I was prepared to pay. He set me on the right path to some cheaper workarounds just to get me back home and then did not charge me anything for the time he had spent. I have found very few service operations that are as accommodating and understanding as King County PC repair. His prices are more than reasonable and his service cannot be topped.   Michael is awesome! We've used him twice now with success. My partner had an issue with his gaming PC and Michael saw him THAT night and had it fixed within the hour for a really great and fair price. I emailed him about a MacBook issue and he was super responsive and helpful before any money was even exchanged. Feels great to have a "Computer Guy" in our life for the moments when Google won't do!
